eSubsea provide detail design, engineering, pipe stress and structural analysis of subsea template and subsea manifolds. The subsea template and manifold structures will be designed for and analysed for all relevant load cases such as the installation lifting load case and in-place loads such as dropped objects and fishing gear interaction.

Subsea Template Foundation Structures

The template foundation system supports the wellbay and the manifold and either has an integrated or stand alone subsea protection structure. The template protection structure protect the manifold from dropped objects and fishing gear interaction. The drilling template is rested on and is fixed to the seabed and based on the soil conditions, the foundation method can be by suction anchors, piles, mudmats or gravity based. The template structure can either be lifted alone or together with the manifold as one unit.

eSubsea perform template design and detail structural analysis and design of template foundation structures and document the design and analyses for all relevant load cases and verify that the stress, strain and deformation are within acceptable levels.

Subsea Manifold Structure Design

The subsea manifold structure supports the manifold piping and valves, inboard subsea connection system, distribution of hydraulics, electrical and chemicals and connection system to the template wells or tie-in jumpers or spools. The manifold structure can be lifted as one unit and has its on corrosion protection system.

eSubsea perform manifold large and small bore piping design and structural analysis in addition to detail design of subsea manifolds structures and document the design and analyses for all relevant load cases and verify that the stress, strain and deformation are within acceptable levels.

Subsea System Concept Studies

eSubsea with its engineering and geotechnical partners can carry out fast track concept and feasibility studies which include concept evaluation, preliminary template and manifold design, P&ID, protection structure, foundation and geotechnical, weight and structure and piping sizing based on input data and required codes and standards. The concept study is a cost effective way to quickly establish size, weight, budget cost and delivery schedule for your project.
